Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing strategic guidance and expertise to clients to drive business growth and success. This role will lead a team of consultants under the HR Advisory & Outsourcing arm of The Vedant Resources to oversee project delivery and collaborate with clients to develop innovative solutions tailored to their specific needs.
This position requires strong leadership skills, extensive industry knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic HR guidance and leadership to clients in their business transformation initiatives.

Conduct in-depth analysis of client's HR processes, systems and operations to identify areas for improvement.

Develop and implement customized solutions to address client's specific needs and challenges.

Lead and manage cross-functional teams, both internal at The Vedant Resources as well as Client’s Project SPOCs, to ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, budget and timeline.

Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, deliverables and success criteria.

Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on industry best practices and emerging trends.

Conduct regular update meetings and prepare progress reports to keep clients informed about project milestones and outcomes.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.

Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion by leveraging existing client relationships.

Stay updated with industry developments and continuously enhance knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional consulting services.

Proven track record of successfully delivering HR projects on time and within scope

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, presentation skills

Extensive knowledge and expertise in the industry/domain

Hands-on knowledge of HR programs and industry-practices & policies

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

Graduate / Post-graduate [Full-time] in any discipline. Degree/Major in HR is a must

Min 8 to 12 years either as Generalist HR or HR Business Partner, holding mid to senior level positions in organizations with employee count of 200-plus

Experience of ideating and successfully implementing HR programs, processes and systems is a must [setting up the HR function at any company is an added advantage]

HR-cum-Consulting or Project Management Experience will be preferred

Language Skills

Proficient in English and Hindi [speak, read, write]

Working knowledge of any Regional Language is an advantage [speak]

Travel Requirements

This role will involve travelling for client meetings, based on project scope of work. Candidate should be open to travel pan India.
