Kuunal Pathakk, Founder & CEO, brings 20+ years of HR expertise from leading Indian and multinational corporations. As Managing Partner at Ciel HR, one of India’s largest recruitment companies with 80 offices across 51 locations, he has played a pivotal role in shaping HR excellence nationwide. An alumnus of Mithibai College and Welingkar Institute, Kuunal Pathakk is a Certified Psychometric Assessor (Thomas International) and Certified Rewards Practitioner (Aon Hewitt). His leadership journey spans across Aditya Birla Group, K Raheja Corp, Future Group, HyperCITY and IDBI Federal Life Insurance, managing teams of over 3,000 employees across India.
Neha Pathak, Chief Operating Officer, brings 20 years of multi-domain expertise in Finance, Marketing, Strategy and Operations. With a strong background in capital markets, she has worked with Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund, Karma Capital Advisors and Ambuja Cement, driving growth through client acquisition, due diligence and stakeholder engagement.
Together, they combine strategic HR vision with operational and financial acumen, positioning The Vedant Resources as a trusted partner in HR outsourcing, advisory and transformation for growing and global businesses.

Kuunal Pathakk - Founder & CEO
Kuunal Pathakk, our visionary Founder & CEO, brings over two decades of HR expertise from his experience with both Indian and multinational companies. He founded The Vedant Resources with the mission to help MSMEs and companies realize the benefits of an optimized HR department.
In addition to leading The Vedant Resources, Kuunal serves as the Managing Partner at Ciel HR, a distinguished name among the top 10 HR services companies in India. With 80 offices across 51 locations, Ciel HR stands as the largest recruitment company in the country, meeting India’s diverse hiring needs.
He holds a Bachelor’s in Commerce from Mithibai College and a Post Graduate Diploma in HR from Welingkar’s. Additionally, he is a Certified Psychometric Assessor from Thomas International and a Certified Rewards Practitioner from Aon Hewitt International. His extensive experience includes HR leadership roles at Aditya Birla Group, K Raheja Corp, FleminGO Duty Free, IDBI Federal Life Insurance, HyperCITY, and Future Group. Kuunal has led large employee bases of over 3000 on a pan-India basis and managed HR teams of more than 20 members, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle from manpower planning and recruitment to talent development and performance management.

Neha Pathak - Chief Operating Officer
Neha Pathak brings over two decades of rich experience in Finance, Marketing, Strategy, and Operations. Currently, she is the Chief Operating Officer at Vedant Resources. Throughout her career, Neha has garnered extensive knowledge in capital markets, working across both the buy-side and sell-side in diverse roles.
In her most recent position as an Investment Specialist with Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund, Neha represented the firm’s investment management capabilities in India. She played a key role in marketing these services to BNP Paribas Asset Management’s internal and external networks worldwide, fostering relationships with essential stakeholders and contributing to the growth of the firm’s Assets Under Management (AUM).
Her experience extends beyond Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund, having worked with reputed firms such as BNP Paribas Mutual Fund, Karma Capital Advisors Private Ltd., KRChoksey Shares & Securities, and Ambuja Cement.
Neha has a proven track record of expanding marketing initiatives in both B2B and B2C spaces across offshore and domestic markets. She has hands-on expertise in lead generation, presentation, facilitating due diligence, client onboarding, and client communication, making her a versatile leader in the industry.
