Job Summary
Responsibilities
Creation of tailor made Documents, Policies, Process: Independently create various HR Documents as per the project brief. In this area the incumbent will also get trained & mentored for creating templates for a range of HR Documents from letters, to policies to checklists, forms, etc.
Execute the day-to-day project deliverables as per agreed monthly plan. This involves a range of HR areas like employee lifecycle management, employee experience management, talent management, employee engagement, employee connect, training need identification, etc.
Update and manage the project tracker on a daily basis; be hands on with regards to project status and changes assigned from time to time.
Client SPOC Engagement – Interact client SPOC about ongoing project, solve queries pertaining to submission of Documents etc.
Other Tasks – Creation of MIS, Dashboard, Project Reports in Excel; Maintain Weekly Status Update on Project & assist in creation of final project report.
Monthly HR audits: Conduct regular HR audits to ensure that the project is on track with regards to compliance, timelines, documentation etc.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Graduate. PG Diploma or any Certification Course in HR is added advantage.
Experience – 6 months to 2 years of in the area of Documentation, Process Coordination, Project Mgmt, Project Coordination role Industry – Any.
Language Skills
English, Hindi is Mandatory both Spoken & Written. Any other language will be an added advantage.
Travel Requirements
Job Requires Primarily to operate form office/home and on case to case basis the role will require to visit client office.
