Job Summary

The Project Intern will assist the Principal Consultant with client HR operations. S/he will also complete assigned HR tasks within the designated timelines and share progress updates with the reporting head periodically.

Responsibilities

HR Compliance

a. Developing company letters and policies as per client specifications and requirements.
b. Conducting research on and analysing the effectiveness of various HR policies across different industries.
c. Proposing solutions within internal teams on policy improvements and implementations.
d. Conducting HR audits for clients by ensuring all employee data is updated accurately

HR Operations

a. Coordinating with clients and recruitment partners to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
b. Ensuring candidate trackers are updated regularly.
c. Create employee engagement calendars for client company.
d. Conducting and recording periodic employee connect sessions with client organization.
e. Analysing skill gaps and competencies within client companies and suggesting training needs.
f. Assist reporting head with project deadlines and tasks to ensure timely client deliverables

Documentation and Reporting

a. Creating Job Descriptions and various HR Documents according to client specifications and requirements.
b. Regularly update task progress and completion and review it with the reporting head.
c. Create MIS reports and project trackers for various clients

Skills

Liaison skills to effectively coordinate between all internal and external stakeholders/ customers

Should have a good understanding of MS Office

Having an understanding of HRMS software’s is a plus

Strong communication skills for listening, speaking, writing, and presenting clearly and effectively with stakeholders.

Collaboration skills for working well with others.

Problem-solving skills are important for identifying, analysing, and solving all client related issues and challenges logically.

Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Reliability in meeting deadlines and keeping commitments.

Should have a strong attention to detail.

Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

Ideal candidate would be any Bachelor’s/ MBA in Human Resources

Should have a 0-2 years of experience in HR generalist roles

Language Skills

English and Hindi must . Regional language added advantage

Travel Requirements

The candidate should be comfortable with travel within city limits
